Question/concern here. Just this base mix alone provides 1.74% calcium and 1.03% phosphorus. Then pet parents are adding meat, which contains calcium and phosphorus. Per AAFCO guidelines, it is important to monitor calcium and phosphorus intake for adult dogs. Many people follow your instructions and do not think of this. Too much calcium and phosphorus can lead to health complications. This is not responsible. Hello, my dog is supposed to have around 22-26g of protein a day. I’ve transitioned him from half kibble, half cooked protein to half of your seed base and half cooked protein.
