1 cup Pumpkin & Cinnamon Goat’s Milk N’ Cookies treats
½ cup unsweetened apple sauce

½ cup Pumpkin Pour Over
½ cup organic pumpkin purée

Coconut whipped cream
Dash of cinnamon
Parmesan Peck (for topping)
Directions
Blend the Goat’s Milk N’ Cookies and applesauce together to form a crust. Once the consistency is thick enough, press the crust into the bottom of single-serve glass.
Then, mix together the pie filling ingredients and pour them over the crust to create the filling.
Top with a dollop of whipped cream, a spinkle of cinnamon and a parmesan peck.
