Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
Cut or shred the turkey into small pieces. Put turkey, pumpkin puree, and broth into a food processor or blender and blend into a paste.
- Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix into a stiff dough. Add more broth if needed.
- Roll out dough onto floured surface and roll out to ½-inch thickness. Use cookie cutters to cut out desired shapes and place on baking sheets.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes. If you want a crunchier cookie, turn the oven off and let the cookies sit for an additional 30 minutes.
- Cool on a wire rack for 3-4 hours. Store in the refrigerator in a sealed tight container.
Recipe Note
If you don't want to add the garlic, feel free to leave it out. It won't affect the outcome of the recipe.
