Ingredients
Cake
- 1 box Pumpkin Pour Overs
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup of Instant Goat’s Milk (prepared)
- 1 cup of Dehydrated Food (any recipe)
- ½ cup whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp turmeric
Frosting
- 1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 cup of reduced-fat cream cheese
- 1 tbsp of pumpkin puree
- a sprinkle of cinnamon
- Parmesan Peck for topping
Directions
For the cake
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Combine ingredients to form a light batter. Line a cupcake tray with your favorite liners. Pour the batter evenly into each cupcake liner.
- Bake for 17 minutes.
- Allow to cool before adding frosting.
For the frosting
- Beat ingredients together until light and fluffy.
- Once the cupcakes are cool, frost them with your mixture and top with a Parmesan Peck.
