With just three ingredients, chances are you already have most of what you need in your kitchen. Ingredients
1 cup plain yogurt
1 tbsp the honest kitchen's Instant Goat's Milk
1 cup blueberries
Directions
Add blueberries, yogurt & Goat's Milk to blender and blend for 1 minute.
- Pour into molds and place in freezer.
- Let freeze overnight.
- To remove from molds, run under hot water for 20 seconds and pop them out.
